All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change at any time without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer only, and orders are confirmed manually once payment is received — you'll see your order's status update once that happens.

To keep things fair when items are in limited supply, the items in your cart are reserved for you once you reach checkout, and for 24 hours after you place your order, giving you time to complete your bank transfer without losing them to another customer. If payment isn't completed within that window, the reservation expires, the order is automatically cancelled, and the items are released back into stock for other customers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier partner selected, and are shown before you confirm payment.

You may cancel an order at any time before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been confirmed, reach out through Help & Support in your Account menu and we'll help however we can.

Loyalty points earned on qualifying orders may be redeemed toward future purchases as described in your Account, subject to any expiry shown there. Points have no cash value and aren't transferable.

We do our best to describe products, ingredients, and images accurately, but minor variations (such as packaging updates from the manufacturer) can occur. If a product you receive is materially different from its listing, contact us through Help & Support in your Account menu.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Vicen Edition is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 on Consumer Protection.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to how the site operates. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
