Privacy Policy

• When you order: your name, phone number and delivery address, and the products you bought.
• When you create an account: your name and phone number, plus a password that is stored scrambled so that not even we can read it. You can also save delivery addresses and products to your wishlist.
• When you pay: if you upload proof of your bank transfer, we keep that image. It may show your bank account name. We never see or store your card details or your bank login.
• While you browse: the pages you visit and what you add to your cart, as described in our Cookies Policy.

We do not ask for your email address, your ID card, or your date of birth.

• Packing and delivering your order, and contacting you about it.
• Confirming your payment.
• Keeping your account, order history, saved addresses and loyalty points.
• Answering you when you contact us.
• Measuring and improving our advertising.
• Keeping the records the law requires a business to keep.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, so your parcel can be delivered.
• Our verification service: your phone number, to send the WhatsApp verification when you sign up or reset your password.
• Our hosting providers: the companies that store our data and run this website.
• Advertising partners: the pages you visit and what you buy, as described in our Cookies Policy. Never your name, phone number or address.

Some of these services run their servers outside Indonesia, so your information may be stored or processed abroad. We use them only for the purposes above.

We keep your order details for as long as we need them to fulfil your order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. We keep your account information until you ask us to delete your account. We keep payment proof images for as long as we need them to confirm or resolve a payment.

Under Indonesian law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to us using it. Contact us through Help & Support in your Account menu or on WhatsApp, and we will reply. Some order records may have to be kept even after you ask, where the law requires a business to keep them, and if so we will tell you which.

Your information is stored with providers that encrypt it in transit, and access on our side is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever goes wrong with your information, we will tell you.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page before it takes effect.
